Privacy Policy

Drovedia respects your privacy and takes safeguarding workspace data seriously. This policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We store the workspace content you choose to enter into Drovedia: tasks, notes, finance records, contacts, archives, and uploads. In addition, Supabase records authentication metadata (email, sign-in timestamps) and Vercel captures standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, request path).

How We Use Information

Workspace data is used solely to provide Drovedia features: displaying dashboards, generating exports, and assisting with automation. Aggregated, anonymised metrics help us understand overall usage, but we never sell or share your content with advertisers.

Storage & Retention

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres + Storage) hosted in the region you selected. Daily automated backups retain seven days of history, and we may keep additional manual snapshots around deploys. If you close your workspace, we delete active records within 30 days and purge backups during their normal rotation.

Access & Security

Only the workspace owner and team members invited into Drovedia can view content inside the product. Operational access is limited to the maintainer for troubleshooting. We use environment variables for credentials, enforce MFA on admin accounts, and review logs regularly as described in our Security Overview.

Your Choices

You may request data exports or deletion at any time by contacting hello@drovedia.com. You may also manage your account details inside the app. Uninstalling or closing the workspace will revoke access once the deletion process completes.

Updates

We may revise this policy as Drovedia evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you agree to the updated policy.
