These terms govern your use of Drovedia. By accessing the product you agree to the responsibilities and limitations outlined below.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring the accuracy of the data you input. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access so we can help secure the workspace.
You agree not to misuse Drovedia, including storing unlawful content, attempting to breach security, or interfering with other users. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
If using a paid plan, fees are billed according to the selected subscription. Trials or beta features may be modified or discontinued at any time. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
You retain ownership of the content you store in Drovedia. The application, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Drovedia. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance or third-party outages (e.g., Supabase, Vercel) may temporarily impact the service. We will communicate significant incidents through the status page or email when possible.
Drovedia is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes ahead of time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
